During his term as CBSA President (2016-2022), John Ossowski honed his ability to lead during turbulent times.  The work of the CBSA to keep Canadians safe while facilitating the free flow of travelers and trade is challenging at the best of times given that Canada shares nearly 9000 km of border with the United States.
